Key Responsibilities:
♦ The primary focus of this role is to leverage the Adobe Target platform to design, implement, and optimize personalized digital experiences.
♦ Optimization & Testing: Design, execute, and optimise personalised digital experiences across web and mobile platforms using Adobe Target.
♦ Testing Strategy: Develop and implement A/B tests, multivariate tests, and segmentation strategies to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
♦ Data Analysis: Analyse data and user behaviour to identify opportunities for optimization and personalization.
♦ Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, and development) to implement targeted campaigns and initiatives.
♦ Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance metrics and campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
♦ Web Analytics Setup: Build Web Analytics KPIs, Technical Requirements, and set up different analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, GTM) for various business partners.
♦ Team Development: Provide training and guidance to team members on Adobe Target functionalities and best practices.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
♦ Adobe Suite: Proficient with Adobe Target and well-versed with Adobe Analytics Features (Variables, Report Suite Configurations, Metrics, Dimensions, Segments, etc.).
♦ Tag Management: Experience with tag managers such as Adobe Launch, GTM, or Tealium.
♦ Technical Basics: Basic understanding of JS, HTML, and CSS.
♦ Integration Knowledge: Understanding of A4T integration and experience in implementing Adobe Web SDK.
♦ General Skills: Proficiency with MS Office tools (especially Excel, PowerPoint), excellent communication, and strong analytical skills.
♦ Work Environment: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment.
