General Summary:
» 1 year of hands-on system software test & automation experience
» Proven knowledge on WLAN MAC/PHY protocols especially IEEE 802.11 11ac/ax/be specs and WFA Wi-Fi specifications (AP, STA, P2P, WPS, WFD, co-existence etc.)
» Experience of doing IEEE802.11/Wi-Fi protocol stack testing in embedded environment on wireless semiconductor chips
» Hands-on experience in bringing up WLAN RF cabled / OTA test topologies, design test plans from the HLDRs and go through review process workflows. Knowledge on the usage of traffic tools like iperf, Chariot & other tools like Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, power tools etc. for RF tests and measurements
» Good knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP)
Qualifications:
» Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
» Hands on experience in any of the scripting languages: C++/PERL/PYTHON/TCL shell scripting and test framework development.
» Knowledge on software test methodologies and quality process
» Good understanding of software test and debug techniques on embedded platforms. Strong Debugging skills.
» Experience of working with software engineering tools such as code management systems and bug tracking tools
» Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Key Objectives :
♦ Collaborate closely with the customer and the Foundries.io engineering team to solve customer technical issues and questions related to the Foundries Factory software stack.
♦ Deliver customer success through their use of Foundries Factory.
♦ Serve as a primary contact for onboarding new customers via Jira Ticket Management and/or Video-conferencing.
♦ Provide insights to customers and prospects on how to get value from Foundries Factory.
♦ Provide feedback to the engineering team on customers’ requirements, requested product features, and improvements.
♦ Be the primary day-to-day contact for multiple customers’ engineering teams as they onboard and use the Foundries Factory service through their product development, deployment, and maintenance life cycle.
♦ Provide feedback and improvements on the product documentation.
Skills and Qualifications :
♦ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant technical field
♦ Experience with Embedded Linux (operating systems, security, BSPs, open source software).
♦ Experience with Linux Container (preferentially Docker/Docker compose ).
♦ Experience with Git.
♦ Experience with Bash Scripting and/or Python or other scripting languages.
♦ Ideally, 1-3 years of experience in customer technical support, account management, or another customer-facing role.
♦ Good written and spoken communication skills (English).
♦ Experience with Jira Ticket Management is a plus
♦ Experience creating Technical documentation is a plus.
♦ Direct experience with device security is a plus.
♦ Experience with REST API and PKI is a plus.
♦ Must be able to work remotely and effectively with an international team (the team is spread across EMEA / LATAM / North America).
