Your Team:
The Reporting function within Investment & Distribution Services is responsible for the timely and accurate distribution of reports and marketing collaterals to global clients and regulators. The team is committed to delivering high-quality service through disciplined operational practices and responsive support for distribution processes, new product launches, and evolving instruments. Operating in a dynamic environment shaped by economic, regulatory, and risk-related changes, the team ensures the delivery of reliable and consistent data aligned with the “SMART” data principles-ensuring data is Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound.
Your Role:
♦ The Reporting Analyst is responsible for quality assurance of client, product, regulatory, and financial reports with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. The role supports internal stakeholders and clients by addressing queries, assists in transitioning global reporting processes, and ensures compliance with internal standards. The individual contributes to process documentation, identifies areas for improvement, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
♦ Responsible for producing reports and reviewing reports produced by junior staff and the vendors on defined frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.) by validating the data against source applications and distributing these reports to clients, regulators and vendors via email or publishing on platforms as needed.
♦ Assess the reporting requirements; define/update the reporting templates by working with internal stakeholders and technology teams.
♦ Able to handle basic queries from internal stakeholders and clients; assist senior team members with complex queries.
♦ To be able to work under direct supervision and assist in transitioning of work from local offices.
♦ Strictly adhere to policies & procedures while producing reports and due diligence in completing with highest standards and accuracy.
♦ Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate and complete process documentation.
♦ Ensure Team Lead/Manager is made aware of any item which is deemed to be important.
Key proficiencies:

♦ Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite; proficiency in MS Excel is desired

The Experience You Bring:
♦ 2-3 years of prior experience in the financial services industry, specifically within investment operations.
♦ Strong understanding of financial industry fundamentals and various asset classes
♦ Familiarity with mutual fund structures, investment life cycle, and key market participants
♦ Working knowledge of ESG principles and regulatory frameworks including SFTR, MiFID, and EMIR
♦ Proficiency in accounting standards such as GAAP and IFRS
♦ Ability to understand and navigate data flows and system architecture within investment platforms
♦ Experience with data integration, reporting tools, and operational workflows
Academic requirements:
♦ MBA or any professional qualification with Finance as the major

Your Team:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to support the Separately Managed Accounts (SMA) Trade Support & Reconciliation functions. This role is critical to ensuring the accurate and timely processing of trades, maintaining data integrity, and supporting operational workflows across fixed income and equity SMA portfolios. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of trade lifecycle processes, custodial interactions, and portfolio administration, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Your Role:
♦ Monitor and execute trade activity & reconciliation across Equity SMAs,
♦ Perform Client level reconciliation for cash and positions between Invesco Portfolio account systems and relevant custodian accounts.
♦ Collaborate with Traders, Portfolio Managers & Custodians to resolve cash and position discrepancies.
♦ Perform account maintenance functions including: New account setup, Terminations, Conversions, contributions/withdrawals, tax harvests
♦ Research/Resolve of various Mandatory/Voluntary corporate actions discrepancies like stock split, spin-off, bonus Cash dividend, etc.
♦ Placing security and industry level restrictions in the portfolio accounting system.
♦ Adding financial advisor information to the portfolio accounting system to reconcile with Sponsor data
♦ Monitoring sponsor websites and applications for various client requests
♦ Reconciling cash, positions and market value on the portfolio accounting system to the custodian’s record on monthly manually reconciled accounts.
♦ Identify & resolve individual account discrepancies accurately and efficiently, to ensure systems are ready for trading.
♦ Reviewing and monitoring items in the Reconciliation Global mailbox and are routed properly and all the items are handled correctly and accurately.
♦ Proactively contribute ideas and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
♦ Create Procedures & ensure they are up to date monthly.
♦ Communicate with Traders, Client Service teams, Brokers, and Custodians to investigate and resolve trade-related queries through calling them proactively.
♦ Proactively identify potential operational risks, suggest a mitigation strategy to the manager and lead the implementation of the agreed upon mitigation strategy
♦ Ensure timely completion of critical end-of-day reports (e.g., trade allocations, file saving, email handling).
♦ Demonstrate visibility and vocal in process handling and team collaboration.
♦ Must be willing to work full-time night shifts to support global operations – USA.
♦ Flexibility to provide support during overtime and off-hours as business needs arise.
♦ Participation in Business Continuity and Recovery testing, as required and scheduled by the Manager.
The Experience You Bring:
♦ 2 to 4 Years Investment Operations Industry Experience
♦ Excellent Knowledge of Global Investment Products is required.
♦ Strong understanding of SMA processes and the full trade lifecycle.
♦ Proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
♦ Open-minded, flexible, and willing to listen to other people’s opinions.
♦ Good Understanding of Quality and process improvement concepts
