Job Responsibilities :
⇒ Provide 24×7/365 Oracle HCM Cloud Support.
⇒ Should work in US business hours.
⇒ To be the first point of contact for customers trying to reach Datavail Global Technical Support team via phone / email / SN ticket.
⇒ Get trained and handle the basic tickets that are recurring in nature.
⇒ Should help with running the test scripts for sanity check during any patch upgrade.
⇒ Make sure that all ticket related to activities are performed thru Service Now.
⇒ Assist Datavail customers to log a ticket in Service-Now for their support request to achieve higher customer satisfaction / delight.
⇒ Reviewing tickets for completeness (category, priority and description).
⇒ To ensure all tickets are acknowledged in time as per defined SLA’s priority in order to meet MTTA (mean time to Acknowledge).
⇒ To ensure no ticket is part of the unassigned queue.
⇒ To work closely with the Shift leads/manager ensuring tickets are assigned appropriately & responded withing SLA’s.
⇒ To cooperate with customers & Tier2/Tier3 for planned downtime/scheduled activities with appropriate outlook reminder including primary consultant.
⇒ To ensure there is supporting ticket in SN for every issue being worked on by the Datavail global technical support team.
Experience :
⇒ Minimum 1 year of experience in the Oracle HCM Cloud Support OR 3-6 months of functional training in HCM Cloud from a reputed academy / institute.
Key Skills :
⇒ Good analytical and problem solving abilities.
⇒ Good communication skills.
⇒ Ability to quickly learn and grasp new processes and business scenerios.
⇒ Basic understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud (Enterprise structure, Terminology ,Process flow, Concepts)
⇒ Good documentation skills.
⇒ HCM Cloud Support experience in at least one module
