Key Responsibilities :

» Proficiency in the ServiceNow platform and its various modules.
» Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) and ITIL processes.
» Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret data effectively.
» Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies for efficient project management.
» Knowledge of programming languages, such as JavaScript, for customization purposes.
» Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering.
» Problem-solving abilities to address and resolve workflow issues.
» Leadership skills to guide teams and manage projects.
» Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
» Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
» Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements related to ServiceNow.
» Designing and implementing systems and procedures to streamline operations.
» Conducting organizational studies and evaluations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
» Mapping business processes to ServiceNow data models, workflows, and reporting structures.

Certifications :

» ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
» Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for various ServiceNow products
» ITIL Foundation Certification, with ITIL 4 being preferred
» Agile and Scrum Certifications, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

Requirements :

» Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent work experience
Business analysis, requirements and/or product ownership certifications preferred
