Responsibilities :
⇒ Complete first response on customer tickets within stipulated SLA’s
⇒ Provide technical assistance to customers via our ticketing system.
⇒ Research, analyse, and resolve customer issues and questions
⇒ Contribute actively to product knowledge base and other product related documentation and the blog.
⇒ Collaborate with engineering in identifying product defects, designing solutions, and testing.
⇒ Work closely with product management in identifying customer needs and requirements and validate future feature designs!
⇒ Utilize training provided by Catchpoint to obtain industry standard certifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
⇒ Basic understanding of the Internet including TCP/IP, CDN, DNS
⇒ Basic understanding of web applications
⇒ Bachelor’s degree in engineering and or equivalent
⇒ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
⇒ 0-1 year of experience in IT, freshers welcomed
