Responsibilities :
⇒ Design visually appealing graphics (social media creatives , performance marketing ads, Web banners, carousels, infographics etc) for a variety of digital platforms.
⇒ Design and execute animations for web, social media, and multimedia platforms.
⇒ Strong knowledge and execution of Editing of Video formats like Reels, Motion graphic video, product videos.
⇒ Utilize industry-standard software (Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Premium Pro, After Effects, Adobe Animate, etc.) to create dynamic and captivating creatives and motion graphics.
⇒ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, social media, training and development teams, to bring creative visions to life.
⇒ Present design concepts and ideas effectively, providing rationale and solutions.
⇒ Strong organizational and communication skills, including the ability to present ideas, work collaboratively, and prioritize tasks.
⇒ Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
⇒ Take ownership of assigned projects from concept to final execution.
⇒ Stay Updated with Industry Trends.
⇒ Keep abreast of emerging design trends, technologies, and tools related to animations.
Qualifications :
⇒ Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related fields.
⇒ At least 2 years of post qualification experience in graphic design and video editing, especially social media videos (Instagram, FB, Linkedin)
⇒ Strong knowledge of design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro).
⇒ Expertise in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy with aesthetic sensitivity.
⇒ Ability to create compelling visual content for digital advertising including display ads, social media posts, and other marketing collateral.
⇒ Experience in shooting video, lighting, sound, and post-production will be a plus (Optional qualification but this will give you an edge)
